Financial Analyst – FP&A Role

About the role

Join a fast‑growing multinational corporation as a Financial Analyst focused on FP&A. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive data‑based decisions, support budgeting cycles and shape long‑term financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct business performance analysis.
• Perform variance analysis on revenue, cost and profitability trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business units and department heads to inform financial decision‑making.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and assist in business case evaluations.
• Enhance reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.
• Support regional and group reporting requirements and participate in finance transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, commercial finance or Big 4 audit.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle or Hyperion.
