Financial Analyst – Sales & Operations (MNC)

About the role

Our client is a global market leader in consumer health. The Financial Analyst will gain exposure to management of FP&A, CAPEX, OPEX, product and business‑unit performance across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform management accounting functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Advise and implement financial controls across business units and monitor key ratios such as store and product performance, cash‑to‑cash, DSO, inventory turnover, gross profit and vendor performance.
• Conduct inventory analysis and collaborate with operations teams to develop action plans that improve inventory flow at direct shops and distributor levels.
• Prepare and present financial analysis to senior management to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Qualified CPA or CFA with at least 3 years of experience in MNCs in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
