Floor Supervisor – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Floor Supervisor leads the housekeeping team at Sheraton & Four Points Hong Kong Tung Chung, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and aligned with Marriott brand standards. This onsite position requires a hands‑on leader who can motivate staff, maintain high quality, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all housekeeping zones, including guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Conduct thorough inspections after cleaning to verify compliance with brand standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping associates to achieve consistent excellence.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Address guest feedback promptly and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a team‑player attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
