Forex Country Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Hong Kong, you will lead the expansion of DB Investing’s presence in the Chinese market. You will drive business development, manage Introducing Broker relationships and oversee client acquisition to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase DB Investing’s market share in China.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.
• Build and manage a network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance market penetration.
• Achieve revenue targets and drive overall revenue growth.
• Recruit, train and lead a high‑performing local sales and business development team.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments and regulatory frameworks.
• Established network of clients and Introducing Brokers in the region.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Based in Hong Kong with fluency in Chinese and English.
