FP&A Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and commercially‑minded FP&A Manager to transform financial and operational data into clear insights that support better business decisions. Reporting to the Head of Financial Performance, you will own reporting, forecasting and analysis that help teams understand performance and achieve ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Financial Performance in building the FP&A capability, reporting processes and supporting infrastructure.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial performance reports and variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgeting and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics, Product and Marketing to translate data into actionable insights.
• Use AI tools to query databases, run pricing scenarios, generate tables and presentations.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, investment banking, private equity or management accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Confidence working with large datasets and delivering clear, reliable financial models.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in operational drivers behind financial results.
• Excellent attention to detail and curiosity to investigate unexpected results.
• Desire to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility as the function grows.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• AI skills for data querying, scenario analysis, table generation and presentation creation.
• Financial modelling and data analysis capabilities.
