Freelance Cantonese Content Editor (CMS)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a meticulous Freelance Content Editor to ensure the accuracy and quality of Cantonese web content for mobile applications such as VTS and Yongsy. You will work remotely or on‑site in Hong Kong, using leading CMS platforms to validate and polish content before publication.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that lists, tables, and general formatting are styled correctly.
• Ensure all content, including metadata, is free of typos.
• Confirm that live pages match the approved source by checking against AEM staging environments.
• Review translated text to ensure seamless integration within CTAs, headers, and navigation components.
• Check that all media (images, videos) display correctly and are visible.
• Flag any inconsistencies or errors and report them to the team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, AEM, or Drupal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for content accuracy.
• High level of trustworthiness due to access to client CMS and assets.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly and professionally.
• Prior experience in web QA or content validation is highly desirable.
• Native‑level proficiency in Cantonese and professional‑level proficiency in English.
