About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a freelance Cantonese SEO Specialist to help global brands expand their digital visibility in Cantonese‑speaking markets. The role focuses on delivering data‑driven SEO strategies that drive measurable business growth across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered platforms.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and website crawls.
Perform LLM visibility audits and develop AI prompts to enhance search performance.
Review Core Web Vitals, hreflang tags, and canonical implementations.
Design and optimise content strategies for Cantonese localisation.
Provide technical SEO consulting and on‑page optimisation recommendations.
Analyse website data and deliver actionable SEO insights.

Required profile

Native or fluent Cantonese language proficiency.
Strong technical and on‑page SEO knowledge.
Experience with international SEO and localisation projects.
Familiarity with AI‑driven search, large language models, and prompt engineering.

Required skills

Screaming Frog.
Google Search Console.
Ahrefs.
Semrush (or similar SEO tools).
