About the role

The Renaissance Harbour View Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to deliver seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences while providing exceptional service to guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Maintain guest records and ensure all revenue transactions are correctly recorded.
• Support the front‑office team in delivering consistent service excellence throughout each stay.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• Relevant experience in hotel front‑office operations is preferred, but candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• Flexible, outgoing, and service‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using hotel property‑management systems.
