Front Office Development Coach – Private Banking

About the role

The Front Office Development Coach will elevate frontline capability within HSBC Private Bank, fostering a high‑performance, investment‑led sales culture. Based in Hong Kong, you will work closely with Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors and Desk Heads across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programmes aligned with the Private Bank proposition and RM skills framework.
• Create practical learning assets such as role‑plays, case studies, simulations and tools.
• Facilitate in‑person skills inductions and deliver coaching sessions to improve sales effectiveness and client engagement.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for quarterly inductions and accreditation processes, ensuring consistent delivery and governance.
• Partner with regional leaders to embed continuous learning into business‑as‑usual rhythms.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management or financial services sales.
• Proven background in sales coaching, training facilitation or learning design; formal coaching certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across global and local teams.
