About the role

As a Front Office Officer at Shangri‑La’s flagship Kowloon hotel, you will oversee the core guest‑room operations, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high service standards and creates a personalized experience for each guest.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness.
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and cashiering functions efficiently and accurately.
• Build lasting relationships with guests to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Rooms Department of a sizable hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, outgoing, and self‑motivated personality.
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
