Full Stack Developer for AI Startup

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a fast‑growing AI startup in Hong Kong. You will build and enhance web applications that power both customer‑facing AI products and internal business tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain new features for web applications supporting AI platforms.
• Collaborate with the Data Team and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
• Integrate applications with AI models, data platforms and third‑party services.
• Optimize performance, scalability, security and reliability of the applications.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and technical design activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while supporting ongoing product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Based in Hong Kong with valid working rights.

Required skills

• Front‑end frameworks: React, Next.js, Vue.js.
• Back‑end development with Node.js or Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases.
• CI/CD pipelines and containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor (optional).
