Full Stack Engineer – Back‑end Oriented (Pioneer Talent Program)

About the role

Binance is building an AI‑augmented development model and needs pioneering full‑stack engineers to act as "seeds" across product teams. You will own end‑to‑end feature delivery while integrating cutting‑edge AI coding assistants into daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship product features spanning both frontend (React, Node.js) and backend (Java or Golang).
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code to boost productivity.
• Translate product requirements into functional implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Champion full‑stack best practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI‑augmented development across the organization.
• Identify cross‑team efficiency bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or AI‑related fields.
• 1–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong ownership mindset – proactively identify and execute needed work.
• Excellent logical thinking and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
• Experience with Node.js and React.
• Solid understanding of database design and data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end production projects.
• High proficiency with AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar).
