Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Finance Agent

About the role

We are seeking product‑mindful full‑stack engineers to accelerate development of BJAK’s AI Finance Agent. You will move fluidly between frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys, turning ideas into working products quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end customer‑facing and internal features.
• Build web flows, backend APIs, admin dashboards, and operational systems.
• Support a suite of financial services including insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch features fast.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, manage data flows and improve production reliability.
• Use analytics, user feedback and production issues to iterate on features post‑launch.
• Create tools that reduce manual effort and increase business speed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production‑grade systems.
• Ability to ship useful products quickly without perfect specifications.
• Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail.
• Comfortable debugging across the entire stack.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high‑volume platforms is a strong advantage.
