Full-time Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will manage daily operations at our concierge counters, delivering premium service to guests and supporting marketing initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling guest enquiries, complaints and value‑added services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the member lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Operate concierge counters and ensure smooth daily service delivery.
• Address guest complaints, requests and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide support for marketing activities and promotional events.
• Manage light refreshments and utensils in the member lounge.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Property Management or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front office, preferably within hotel or property management.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with proficiency in Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Cheerful, initiative‑taking, service‑oriented attitude and ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience may be considered for a Customer Service Assistant role.
