Full-time Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will manage the daily operations of the concierge counters, ensuring premium service delivery to guests. This full‑time position involves direct interaction with visitors, handling their enquiries, complaints and value‑added requests while supporting marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily concierge counter operations and maintain service standards.
• Address guest complaints, requests, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide value‑added services and support marketing activities as needed.
• Manage light refreshment and utensil arrangements in the member lounge.
• Work shifts to ensure coverage during all operating hours.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Property Management or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front‑office roles within hotels or property management; fresh graduates are also considered.
• Excellent spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Cheerful, initiative‑driven, service‑oriented and able to communicate with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
