General Attendant – Happy Valley Racecourse

About the role

The General Attendant joins the Property Department of the Hong Kong Jockey Club and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the Grandstands at Happy Valley Racecourse. This is an on‑site position that supports both everyday operations and the heightened activity on race days.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in the Grandstands, including toilets, betting hall, restaurants, offices, walkways, forecourt and car park.
• Ensure all public and staff areas meet the Club’s hygiene standards.
• Carry out additional race‑day cleaning tasks according to the shift schedule.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to the facilities team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a cleaning or facilities‑maintenance role.
• Basic ability to speak and write Chinese.
