Global Branding & Communications Manager

About the role

Join BytePlus, the AI‑focused division of ByteDance, as a Global Branding & Communications Manager. You will shape the narrative for enterprise and AI‑native developer customers across key international markets, creating compelling case studies, press releases, and co‑marketing content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer communication strategies for global markets, including in‑depth articles, videos, and social media posts.
• Lead regional communication plans, adapt global core content for local markets, and drive “global unity + local depth” messaging.
• Build and maintain a global communication performance dashboard with metrics such as brand awareness, media exposure, and lead conversion.
• Manage BytePlus brand assets (logo, visual system, narrative) and create a content matrix covering brand stories, white papers, solution cases, and executive viewpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in regional markets (SEA, APAC, EUI, EMEA) within Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
• Fluent oral and written Mandarin for internal collaboration in mainland China.
• Fluent oral and written English, the working language of the team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in writing English press releases and video scripts.
• Experience producing English‑language video content.
• Knowledge of social‑media platform communication rules and global B2B communication.
