Global Product Owner / Global Head of Entity Management

About the role

GoGlobal is looking for a Global Product Owner (GPO) for Entity Management (EMT), reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer. The role owns the EMT product end to end, including its global scope, standards, commercial logic, processes and economics, and is accountable for its growth, profitability and reputation worldwide. It is a leadership position whose main aim is business growth through flawless delivery, acting as the senior product and delivery voice for EMT and the partner of choice for Revenue and Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior, client-facing product authority for EMT, partnering with Revenue and Sales on opportunities, scope, pricing and account expansion.
• Own the global scope, service definitions, standards, SLAs, compliance expectations and the EMT operating model and process standards.
• Define the product roadmap and delivery-model choices (in-house, outsourced, automated) and support the enterprise AI direction within EMT.
• Own product-level cost-to-serve, drive efficiency and make trade-offs on scope, automation, sourcing and delivery model.
• Lead the Regional Product Owners and Outsourcing Control leads, mentor the Global Process Manager, and arbitrate cross-regional disagreements.
• Set the global compliance posture for EMT, engage with internal and external audit, and propose changes to scope, service tiers and commercial logic.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business or a related field; a Chartered Secretary / governance qualification (ICSA / CGI) or legal / corporate-governance background preferred; MBA or equivalent a plus.
• 15+ years in entity management, corporate secretarial or corporate-services operations, with at least 5 years owning a product, service line or regional / global function end to end.
• Managing Director-level leadership experience and a track record of driving revenue, win rate, retention and expansion.
• Experience running a service-line P&L at scale, with strong knowledge of company law, corporate governance and statutory filing across APAC, EMEA and ideally the Americas.
• Experience leading regional heads, process leads and outsourcing-control / vendor-management leads across multiple regions.

Required skills

• Designing service standards, commercial logic (packaging, bundling, premiums) and pricing frameworks.
• Familiarity with entity-management platforms such as Viewpoint, Quantios Core, CSC, Diligent Entities, GEMS or equivalent, and registry / document management systems.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools and automation.
