Global Tax Specialist (HKSAR)

About the role

Vocalbeats is seeking a Global Tax Specialist to oversee tax compliance for its overseas subsidiaries. You will act as the primary liaison for tax audits, inquiries, and investigations while supporting the company’s international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure accurate, timely tax filings for subsidiaries in the US, Europe, Southeast Asia and other regions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tax audits, inquiries and investigations.
• Prepare tax‑related accounting entries and perform account reconciliations for correct financial reporting.
• Execute inter‑company transactions under Group Tax guidance and ensure compliance with local transfer‑pricing rules.
• Assist in planning and optimizing organizational structures from a tax perspective to support overseas business growth.
• Support the preparation and review of cash reports and other treasury‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational or large corporation; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
