Governance & Planning Project Manager, North Asia

About the role

The Governance & Planning Project Manager will lead the alignment, execution and oversight of high‑impact initiatives for Fragrance and Beauty Products (FBP) in North Asia. Acting as the bridge between regional leadership, market teams and corporate functions, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and generate the intended business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full portfolio of FBP initiatives, reporting progress, risks and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to track budgets, timelines, benefits and resource allocation.
• Develop a 360° view of all projects, understand business implications and work with owners to mitigate risks.
• Organise forums to share information with regional métiers and markets.
• Support North Asia project leads by driving plans forward, summarising discussions, resolving blockers and following up on actions.
• Facilitate clear communication of status and impact to global, regional and market stakeholders.
• Instil project‑management best practices, including business case development, charter creation, budget tracking and benefit measurement.
• Orchestrate timelines and milestones for the mid‑term business planning cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or portfolio management within a regional or multi‑market environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate across regional leadership, market teams and corporate functions.
• Understanding of the luxury beauty and retail sector.
