Graphic Designer – Freelance (Hong Kong)

About the role

You will work directly with HiPP HK's marketing team to bring the brand to life across consumer touchpoints, from large‑format OOH and MTR campaigns to baby‑focused promotional materials and social media content. The role blends strategic creative thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visuals for MTR and out‑of‑home advertising.
• Develop key visuals and adapt them across print and digital formats.
• Create posters, promotional collaterals, and in‑store materials for baby and family campaigns.
• Produce static and animated social‑media graphics that maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Generate in‑house design assets such as signage and branding graphics.
• Ensure brand consistency and export‑ready files with correct specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage revision rounds professionally.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and follow clear creative direction.
• Experience in baby, family, FMCG or consumer lifestyle categories is strongly preferred.
• Excellent typography, layout skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
