Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join HiPP HK’s marketing team, creating compelling visual assets that bring the HiPP brand to life across a variety of consumer touch‑points. The role blends strategic creative thinking with hands‑on execution for both large‑scale campaigns and everyday promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visuals for MTR and out‑of‑home (OOH) advertising campaigns.
• Develop key visuals and adapt them for print and digital formats of various sizes.
• Create posters, promotional collaterals, and in‑store materials for baby and family campaigns and events.
• Produce static and animated social‑media graphics that maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Design in‑house assets such as signage and branding graphics as needed.
• Ensure all outputs follow HiPP’s brand guidelines and are export‑ready with correct specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage revision rounds professionally.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent typography, layout skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and follow clear creative direction.
• Experience in baby, family, FMCG or consumer‑lifestyle categories is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, able to meet deadlines and handle feedback constructively.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven creative tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney (a plus).
