Group Content Manager

About the role

As the Group Content Manager you will lead bolttech’s global content strategy, shaping the company’s story across internal and external channels. You will create compelling multimedia content, executive communications and thought‑leadership pieces that align with business, brand and marketing priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global content strategy, overseeing written, visual, video and live‑event formats.
• Produce executive communications, leadership presentations and speechwriting.
• Manage content on owned platforms such as the website CMS, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Optimise content for digital marketing, SEO/AEO and AI‑driven discovery.
• Collaborate with senior business, marketing and communications stakeholders to shape narratives and identify content opportunities.
• Lead thought‑leadership programmes including industry reports, research, awards and speaking engagements.
• Maintain editorial standards, governance, tone of voice and brand consistency.
• Work with agencies and vendors for design, video production, translation and PR.
• Define and track content performance using analytics to continuously improve reach and engagement.
