Group Digital Designer, UX

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Digital Designer specialized in User Experience to join HAECO’s Digital Customer Experience team. Based at Hong Kong International Airport, you will shape digital products that serve internal users and global customers, supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define product problems with product owners and translate them into clear design requirements.
• Facilitate workshops such as journey mapping, prioritisation and opportunity framing to align stakeholders.
• Conduct user research—including interviews, surveys and usability testing—to uncover user needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring designs meet business goals.
• Map end‑to‑end user flows and information architecture for scalable navigation.
• Create low‑ to high‑fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts.
• Provide design assets, specifications and support user‑acceptance testing during development.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of end‑to‑end UX/Product design experience with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture and intuitive navigation flows.
• Proven ability to conduct and apply user research methods.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional environments.
