Growth Manager – Finance District

About the role

The Growth Manager will execute Finance District’s growth playbook, driving transaction volume by activating developers, builders, and early customers in the emerging agentic payments ecosystem. Working closely with the Finance District Lead, you will own day‑to‑day community‑led growth, developer activation, and founding‑style sales conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to engage developer and builder communities across Reddit, Discord, X spaces, hackathons and indie‑hacker forums.
• Co‑execute the content calendar by providing technical tutorials, video walkthroughs, code samples and demo apps.
• Represent the brand at hackathons and builder events, coordinating event strategy and post‑event lead follow‑up.
• Manage the developer activation funnel, ship and maintain demo code, sample apps and integration guides, and provide hands‑on support to early users.
• Conduct founding‑style sales conversations with promising e‑commerce platforms, AI agent makers and indie founders, handling onboarding, integration and early support.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene, produce weekly funnel reports and surface customer insights to product teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years in growth, developer relations, community or GTM roles at fintech, crypto or technically deep startups.
• Proven hands‑on contributions to community‑led growth or developer activation (tutorials, integrations, community engagement).
• Technical fluency – comfortable reading code and demoing products to developers.
• Working knowledge of crypto fundamentals (wallets, stablecoins, on‑chain mechanics); AI agents knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience onboarding or closing customers personally, even at small scale.
• Strong written communication for technical writing, community posts and social media.
