Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who acts as a growth hacker, builder and dealmaker to create and scale our AI‑driven health intelligence platform. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and is based at Hong Kong Science Park with occasional remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement and conversion.
• Identify unconventional channels and growth loops to drive rapid user and customer growth.
• Build, deploy and manage AI marketing agents for content, lead generation, outreach, research, SEO, social and campaign optimisation.
• Turn AI tools and agents into a scalable AI‑native marketing machine.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations that unlock new distribution and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including events, activations, community initiatives and other real‑world growth opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Continuously research emerging AI tools, platforms and tactics and weaponise them for growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, digital or performance marketing, product growth or a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving exponential growth for new products, ideally taking products from 0 → 1.
• Hands‑on experience planning and executing measurable digital campaigns for B2B and B2C products.
• Strong builder mentality – creates playbooks when none exist.
