Guest Relations Officer (UBS Tower)

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer will ensure seamless operation of the conference centre and meeting rooms at UBS Tower, delivering the high‑standard service expected by Ritz‑Carlton guests and tenants. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing concierge assistance and managing mail and package flow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and stock meeting rooms with supplies (water, notepads, markers) and tidy them after use.
• Issue visitor badges, verify credentials, and enforce sign‑in/out procedures in line with building security protocols.
• Provide basic concierge services such as directions, restaurant recommendations, and arranging taxis or rideshares for guests and tenants.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Team‑player with an outgoing personality and a passion for service.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Chinese and English.
