Guest Services Officer

About the role

The Guest Services Officer joins the Front Office team at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, delivering high‑quality, courteous service to guests throughout their stay. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional check‑in and check‑out services for guests.
• Conduct thorough room orientations and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Perform lobby patrol duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Accurately input and manage guest data in the hotel database.
• Assign rooms in line with guest preferences and special requests.
• Assist supervisors with daily tasks such as trace reports and Hot SOS follow‑up.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel or guest services.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin or other languages a plus.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Dynamic, energetic attitude with a team‑oriented mindset.

• Basic computer and typing skills.
