About the role

The Royal Pacific Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Officer to join its front‑desk team in a prime harbourside location. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering the high level of service expected at a leading hotel.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage all front‑desk duties.
  • Handle arrival and departure records, bookings, and registration.
  • Provide frontline service at the reception counter and maintain positive guest relationships.
  • Assist with incoming phone calls and respond to visitor inquiries.

Required profile

  • Diploma or higher in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with the Opera property management system (preferred).
