Head of Digital Product Experience – North Asia

About the role

As Head of Digital Product Experience for North Asia, you will shape the digital experience strategy for Chanel’s luxury retail ecosystem. You will translate business and client‑experience priorities into measurable, client‑centric digital solutions that span all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the digital product experience design strategy across products and channels.
• Translate business and CX strategies into experience blueprints, roadmaps, and adoption targets.
• Lead the creation of scalable design systems and embed evidence‑based design practices.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Global Digital teams to deliver seamless, high‑impact experiences.
• Map the digital retail application ecosystem to ensure a holistic advisor experience.
• Prioritise initiatives with Digital Business Partners and the Strategy & Governance team to focus on high‑value outcomes.
• Measure and report on outcomes such as adoption, task success, user satisfaction, and conversion.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital product experience, UX or design strategy.
• Strong track record of delivering client‑centric digital solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with luxury or premium retail brands is a plus.
