Head of GEO / SEO / Growth Marketing (AI Driven)

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to own and drive our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and traditional SEO strategies, building scalable organic and paid traffic engines across key international markets. The role sits at the intersection of digital assets and fintech, focusing on AI‑driven search, discovery channels and growth marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the GEO strategy for AI‑generated search results, AI Overviews and generative engine discovery platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Lead traditional SEO initiatives including technical SEO, on‑page/off‑page optimization, content strategy and performance monitoring across all owned digital properties.
• Design and run paid media campaigns targeting the UK, Germany, Brazil, Spain and Portugal, integrating them with organic growth tactics.
• Identify, test and scale AI‑powered acquisition channels using automation tools and large language models.
• Collaborate with product, content and design teams to align growth roadmaps with brand and product objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, AI, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO/GEO or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and a proven record of AI‑driven initiatives.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, investment management or other regulated financial services.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4.
• WordPress and common CMS platforms.
• Technical SEO expertise: site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals.
• AI platforms: Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI.
• Large Language Models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and workflow automation.
