Host – Front Office (Regency Club)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Host to join the Regency Club front‑office team at a leading hotel in Hong Kong. The role involves greeting guests, handling enquiries and delivering high‑quality service throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to all guests at the Regency Club and front‑office areas.
• Engage in genuine conversations, respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a courteous tone.
• Deliver front‑of‑the‑house guest services, including check‑in/check‑out assistance and information provision.
• Build and maintain positive rapport with customers, ensuring a memorable experience.

Required profile

• Qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in a hotel environment with good standards is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong communication and language abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, attentive and hospitable attitude.
• Team player who can work effectively in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
