Host / Hostess – Buffet Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Host/Hostess to join the team at The Place, our buffet restaurant in Cordis Hong Kong. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant bookings and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Provide heartfelt service that exceeds hotel standards and guest expectations.
• Assist the restaurant operations team with day‑to‑day tasks to maintain high service quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing hospitality or restaurant service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work cheerfully at all times.
• Genuine dedication to the well‑being of guests and colleagues.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and trustworthy.
