About the role
Join the guest service team at L'Envol, a celebrated 2‑star Michelin French restaurant in Hong Kong. As a Hostess you will help create memorable dining experiences by welcoming guests, managing seating, and supporting smooth front‑of‑house operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly while maintaining a polished appearance.
- Communicate table status and special requests to the kitchen and service staff.
- Set tables, replenish supplies, and ensure the dining area remains clean and orderly.
- Assist with guest inquiries, handle reservations, and manage waitlists.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving safely on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
