HR Business Partner

About the role

Binance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its rapidly expanding global functions. You will act as a strategic HR advisor, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to ensure HR policies support strategic goals.
• Provide expertise in organization development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and talent development.
• Guide line managers on performance coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
• Improve employee relations, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Lead complex employee‑relations investigations and resolve issues.
• Identify training needs and deliver executive coaching.
• Advise on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning for fast‑growing teams.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience across multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, engagement, and diversity.
• Strong stakeholder management and professionalism when partnering with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of employment law in several European countries.
• Hands‑on experience with HR operations such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and data management.
• Excellent logical communication, strategic problem‑solving, and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience working with large departmental functions is a plus.
