HR Business Partner – Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Business Facing Manager partners with Racecourse and Clubhouse management teams to align people strategies with business objectives. This role delivers comprehensive HR services, supports talent development, and ensures compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide integrated HR services including consultancy, employee retention, performance management, exit management, promotions, transfers, rewards decisions, staff communication, engagement and disciplinary matters.
• Implement high‑quality HR propositions based on departmental KPIs.
• Facilitate organisational change by communicating initiatives, gathering stakeholder feedback and ensuring effective rollout.
• Identify, mitigate and escalate HR‑related risks to maintain compliance with the Employment Ordinance and other regulations.
• Maintain strong communication networks across all levels of the Club.
• Drive continuous service improvements to become the preferred internal HR partner.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a large, multi‑site organization.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse talent gaps, support succession planning and drive talent development initiatives.
