HR Business Partner – Recruitment & Talent Development

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic liaison for our business units, overseeing end‑to‑end HR processes and driving talent acquisition, development, and retention. You will work closely with R&D teams to build capabilities from the ground up while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of business unit operations and own full HR lifecycle for assigned teams.
• Lead recruitment initiatives, especially for new R&D teams, using innovative sourcing strategies.
• Design and implement career development paths and talent cultivation programs.
• Drive company‑wide HR initiatives within business units to support growth.
• Manage performance management, employee engagement, and retention activities.
• Provide comprehensive HRBP solutions and act as a trusted advisor to managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3–10+ years of HR experience with strong recruitment expertise.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead teams, and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience across recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Strong sense of responsibility, growth mindset, and collaborative attitude.
