HR & Operations Manager (Hong Kong)

About the role

Delart is launching a new entity in Hong Kong and needs a hands‑on HR & Operations Manager to run day‑to‑day administrative, payroll, HR, finance coordination and office operations. You will be the primary onsite point of contact for employees, visitors and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processing with the local provider, maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage immigration work‑visa applications, track deadlines and act as liaison with immigration counsel.
• Assist the finance consultant with invoice documentation, expense records, vendor payments and bank account administration.
• Oversee office and laboratory operations, including access control, safety protocols, vendor coordination and visitor management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration and office management, preferably in Hong Kong.
• Experience working with external payroll, immigration and accounting service providers.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
