Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across multiple sectors.
• Understand client hiring needs and propose talent solutions through business development.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking events and other channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience and career goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
• Prepare candidate profiles and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop a personal professional network and talent pipeline.
• Stay informed on market trends, hiring activity and industry insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder or final‑year student from any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Interest in recruitment, sales, business development or HR.
• Previous internship, part‑time work, leadership, sports or student society experience is a plus.
• Exceptional written and spoken English; experience in an English‑speaking environment is advantageous.
