Human Resources Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations for two hotels in Tung Chung, Hong Kong. This position plays a key part in maintaining employee records, facilitating onboarding and off‑boarding, and providing general administrative assistance to the HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee profiles and filing systems.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and processing off‑boarding procedures.
• Provide administrative support for the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Handle ad‑hoc HR tasks as assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• Degree or higher diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related employment legislation.
• Proactive, meticulous, and able to deliver quality work under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese.
