Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR Operations team in Hong Kong or Singapore. You will be the primary point of contact for transactional HR services, delivering a self‑service‑first, digital experience for managers and employees across Hong Kong, Singapore and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, end‑to‑end HR processes with a focus on data quality, compliance and service excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and AI‑enabled efficiencies in HR operations.
• Prioritise tasks, manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of HR inquiries.
• Provide daily support to employees, managers and external stakeholders, offering clear guidance on policies and processes.
• Administer the employee lifecycle – onboarding, off‑boarding, relocations, visas and local reporting.
• Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships in partnership with the HR Country Lead.
• Maintain documented People Services processes that meet legal, regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Product Houses and external partners to deliver consistent, compliant services.

Required profile

• Adaptable and pragmatic with a strong appetite for new technologies and change initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills across HR Operations, Business Partners and regional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of business needs, data flows, HR systems and process inter‑dependencies.
• Commitment to delivering a seamless, user‑friendly HR experience.
