About the role

Join New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel as a Human Resources Officer and play a pivotal role in enriching the experience of guests and colleagues. You will support a full spectrum of HR functions while fostering strong internal relationships and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support across all HR functions.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, develop and execute internal associate engagement programmes.
  • Prepare regular internal communication materials and manage internal communication platforms.
  • Lead and manage various HR projects.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources.
  • Well‑versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislation and relevant regulations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks.
