About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to support our rapidly expanding contact centre operations. The role involves managing recruitment activities and providing essential HR administration support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, phone and in‑person interview screening, and new‑join preparation.
- Provide general administration duties to the secondment HR team, such as report preparation, monthly payroll calculation, and MPF collection.
- Execute other ad‑hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Holder of a Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use Chinese word‑processing software.
- General Microsoft Office proficiency.
