About the role

The Human Resources Officer will create a rewarding associate journey, recruit and select top candidates, and provide administrative support to the HR Director at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Key responsibilities

  • Create a rewarding Associate Journey with the People Brand by recruiting and selecting the best candidates at the right time within the budget.
  • Lead recruitment strategies and outline the marketing plan for attracting and developing talent.
  • Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering associate activities.
  • Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and ensure office administration, hotel policies, and procedures align with hotel standards.

Required profile

  • University degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills with proficiency in English and Cantonese.
