IDEA & Learning Manager – APAC

About the role

The IDEA & Learning Manager for APAC will lead the design, implementation and localisation of diversity, equity, inclusion and learning initiatives across eleven markets. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People & Culture – APAC, the role partners closely with global IDEA teams and regional learning leaders to embed inclusive behaviours and develop talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver IDEA programs, including core curricula, role‑specific training and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with global IDEA and regional partners to create and execute a unified IDEA strategy for all APAC markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams and leaders, providing guidance, education and advocacy for inclusive practices.
• Update program assets and learning materials to ensure relevance, accuracy and impact.
• Author and curate new content to continuously elevate diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Represent the department as a subject‑matter expert at internal and external events.
• Engage senior leaders and business partners to align on IDEA strategy, accountability and success metrics.
• Conduct industry research to identify gaps, opportunities and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading diversity, equity, inclusion and learning programs in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to educate and champion inclusive behaviours.
• Demonstrated capability to localise global strategies and develop country‑specific action plans.
• Experience working closely with People & Culture and Learning & Leadership teams.
