In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress

About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress – In‑Room Dining, you will focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service. You will work in the in‑room dining department of Kerry Hotel, providing guests with high‑quality food and beverage service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to hotel standards.
• Assist with order taking, provide recommendations and information on the latest promotions, and deliver food and beverages.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel or food & beverage service industry (fresh graduates are also welcomed).
• Customer‑oriented team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
