Inclusive Education Teaching & Learning Assistant

About the role

Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong is seeking an Inclusive Education Teaching and Learning Assistant to join its Primary team. The role supports the delivery of high‑quality, inclusive learning experiences for pupils aged 3‑18, aligning with the English National Curriculum and the school’s global programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering inclusive lessons across the Primary curriculum.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils with diverse learning needs.
• Integrate classroom technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor pupil progress and adapt interventions.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and participate in child protection training.

Required profile

• Tertiary education or vocational training in education or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with pupils in varied settings.
• Knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent degree with PGCE, and a current enhanced DBS disclosure.
• Willingness to meet Hong Kong visa requirements.
