Indirect Procurement Manager, Hong Kong and Macau

About the role

The Indirect Procurement Manager will lead Chanel’s indirect spend strategy across Hong Kong and Macau, partnering with business units to deliver value beyond cost savings. You will own category sourcing, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with brand standards throughout the Source‑to‑Pay journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned OPEX and CAPEX categories, driving RFX processes, market benchmarking and data‑driven negotiations.
• Act as a trusted procurement advisor to business units, guiding them on sourcing strategies and procurement policies.
• Develop and maintain high‑impact local supplier relationships, including segmentation, performance evaluation and risk monitoring.
• Lead S2P process excellence as the market Super User for Coupa/S2C, delivering training, change management and policy compliance.
• Integrate sustainability criteria into sourcing decisions and support regional ESG initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of procurement or managerial experience in a multinational environment, preferably in luxury retail or FMCG.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract drafting and commercial negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder influence and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Coupa and S2C e‑procurement platforms.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier risk management and contract negotiation.
