Information Technology Support Engineer

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Information Technology Support Engineer to join its Asia Pacific team. Based in the Science Park office, you will provide full‑stack IT infrastructure support for both office and warehouse environments across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software and OS issues to office and warehouse users.
• Log, escalate and resolve incidents using the ticketing system.
• Maintain Windows and macOS devices, including computers, mobile devices and printers.
• Install, configure and support operating systems, applications, peripherals and Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Manage user accounts and devices via Active Directory, Azure AD and Intune.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Handle IT asset lifecycle, onboarding/off‑boarding, hardware updates and assist with projects and disaster recovery.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree with 2‑3 years of help‑desk or deskside support experience.
• Ability to work independently in both office and warehouse settings.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and user‑oriented attitude.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and able to handle occasional overtime.
