Insurance Product Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for overall management of all Insurance Services products (both Life & General Insurance) including product development, maintenance, marketing strategies, and client events. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic planning for business expansion, product management and development for insurance services.
• Develop business plans to achieve insurance business targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end new product launches, due diligence, selection and ongoing maintenance for Life and General Insurance products.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns and business initiatives to drive customer acquisition, cross‑selling and portfolio growth, while monitoring budget usage.
• Collaborate with insurance partners, branches and sales teams on product launches, marketing campaigns, client events and lead generation to expand penetration.
• Work with internal units to create integrated distribution initiatives and expand the product portfolio.
• Assist the supervisor with projects related to insurance products, marketing and bancassurance partnership management.

Required profile

• Strong business sense, customer‑driven mindset and analytical ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Aggressive, innovative, result‑oriented with dynamic market awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and people‑management skills; fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Degree in Finance, Marketing or Insurance‑related discipline; professional qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 7‑8 years of marketing and product development experience in the insurance field, preferably with bancassurance exposure and multi‑channel distribution.
